Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing, correcting, and reconciling discrepancies.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
Generate reports and extract relevant information as required.
Communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information for data entry.
Adhere to company policies and data protection guidelines.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (Minimum speed of [mention WPM] words per minute).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or computer applications is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP, CRM, or other data management systems.
Basic knowledge of accounting or inventory management (if applicable).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
