PROFILE SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous Office Administrator who is skilled in office work and database administration. In order to ensure correct and current information, the ideal applicant will thrive at maintaining and updating financial database, website databases, and inventory. A few of the daily tasks include effectively managing several office tasks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Maintain and update inventory database for correctness and completeness
Organize client database Excel sheets for simple analysis
Bring current information and products to website database
Shipments are tracked daily to ensure timely delivery
Support operations with other daily office chores
Get precise inventory data, cycle counts, and reports
Use Excel to organize consumer data for track record
Help operations with data input, reports, and tech
SKILLS

Database management expertise, including upgrading and maintaining databases.
Data management accuracy requires organization and detail.
Effective multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Superior communication abilities for teamwork and external stakeholders.
Proficient with Excel and other MS Office data analysis and reporting tools.
ELIGIBILITY

0-1 years experience (Internship experience considered)
Candidates must hold a graduate degree to be considered eligible.
