Position Summary: As a Data Entry Operator for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input data into the CRM system. You will work with various types of information, including customer details, sales leads, interactions, and other relevant data. Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM, ensuring smooth operations and effective customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Enter customer data, sales leads, and other relevant information into the CRM system following established guidelines and procedures.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that all data entered is accurate, complete, and consistent with the provided source documents, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM, including contact information, purchase history, interactions, and any other relevant data.
Record Tracking: Track and document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, or other relevant details in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Data Verification: Validate and verify data accuracy by conducting regular audits, cross-referencing with external sources, and rectifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Import and Export Data: Import and export data between different systems, ensuring compatibility and maintaining data integrity during the transfer process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
Proficient in using CRM software and data entry tools.
Basic understanding of database management concepts.
Familiarity with data quality control processes and techniques.
Ability to handle and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
