Position Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Miami, FL

Position Type: Part Time Contract (Onsite)
Responsibilities & Skills:
• Answering phones, data entry, and typing
• Inputting data into RTC Database
• Working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
• Handling customer complaints
• 1 year of professional office experience, data entry, and typing
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and proofreading skills
• Proper grammar (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with long-term care facilities and elder populations
• Familiarity with the RTC database
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
• Professional office: 1 year (Required)
• Strong data entry and typing skills: 1 year (Required)
