As a Data Entry Specialist focusing on residential property rental listings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update property rental listing information into our databases and online platforms accurately.
• Verify the accuracy of property details, rental rates, availability, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with property managers and real estate agents to gather necessary data for listings.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of the rental property database to ensure consistency.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing rental listings for easy access and searchability.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests related to rental property listings.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and verification.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology, property details, and rental processes.
