Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Seasonal)
Location: On-site in Concord California
Pay: $20-27 an hour
Hours: M-F 8:00a-5:00p
Job Summary:
TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Transition Services Team for the season. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient data processing during advisor transitions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that supports financial advisors and their clients during pivotal moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and manage data related to client transitions in the company's systems and databases.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents and addressing discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies regarding sensitive client information.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries to support the Transition Services Team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to client onboarding and transitions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role; financial services experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in financial services or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of client transition processes or workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
