Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Data Extraction-Engineering Manager-Python. You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of web scraping and data extraction tools and platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and training a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in leading a team of engineers.
• ++ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in web scraping and data extraction.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/JavaScript and experience in working with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience in web technologies such as Flask, Django, REST API’s, and/or Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, EC2 and Lambda.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
