As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven solutions for agencies and strategic partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-impact team and drive innovation in the brand-building ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Product Development: Develop and refine Tracksuit's brand dataset by collaborating with our Research team.
Design and build insights platforms for agencies and partners, ensuring seamless access to actionable data.
Lead the product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation, integrating statistical analyses, Generative AI, and advanced modeling.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to establishing Tracksuit's reputation by identifying key questions in the brand-building landscape and developing actionable insights.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with esteemed partners like Google, TikTok, and Meta to design and execute experiments driving measurable value for both parties.

You'll be part of our vibrant Data team, comprising experienced professionals who share your passion for data-driven innovation.

The ideal candidate should possess:

4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with product development experience in marketing agencies or advertising platforms.
Strong SQL skills and a scripting language like Python or R, along with experience in sophisticated statistical analyses and narrative creation from data.
Experience with causal inference and implementing MMMs, as well as productising analyses-as-a-product.
Past experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
A demonstrated ability to contribute to product vision, deliver impactful solutions, and navigate ambiguity is crucial. Expertise in survey data, Generative AI, and a willingness to learn and adapt make you an attractive candidate.
