Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (like sales, inventory, production, HR, etc.).
Work with teams like sales, production, and accounts to collect correct data.
Keep internal dashboards and performance trackers up to date.
Use advanced Excel, VBA, or BI tools to automate reports and save time.
Make sure reports are accurate and shared with management on time.
Study business trends, customer choices, and sales patterns to give useful suggestions.
Prepare easy-to-understand reports and presentations for leadership.
Support the sales and marketing team with forecasting and market analysis.
Find gaps in processes and suggest improvements using data.
Use Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to create dashboards and reports.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in textile or apparel manufacturing.
Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data tools (preferred).
Good at cleaning and checking data, and finding the root cause of issues.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage time well.
