Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Google Sheets/Excel expert to support data tracking and operations for our high-volume video commerce initiative. The ideal candidate will manage video production trackers, automate reports, ensure data accuracy, and assist cross-functional teams in maintaining smooth day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and regularly update large data sheets (e.g., video tracker, product catalog, creator lists).
• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, ARRAYFORMULA, SPLIT, QUERY, and IMPORTRANGE to automate and streamline data views.
• Create and manage dashboards and summary views for leadership visibility.
• Ensure naming conventions, timelines, and delivery statuses are accurately tracked across projects
• Integrate data across sheets for daily/weekly QC, delivery, and post-production tracking.
• Support content, production, and marketing teams with ad hoc reports or data checks.
• Collaborate with the tech/product team to potentially feed data into CMS/automated tools.
Required Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel (must have hands-on experience with formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data cleaning).
• Understanding of data automation tools like AppSheet, Google App Script, or Zapier is a plus.
• High attention to detail and process-driven thinking.
• Good communication skills to coordinate across teams and clarify data requirements.
• Ability to manage large datasets without loss of structure or accuracy.
• Exposure to video production/content operations is a bonus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, content coordination, MIS, or reporting roles.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment (startups, ecommerce, agencies, creator networks).
• Comfortable managing multiple trackers, naming systems, and real-time updates.
• Has worked with production/content/marketing or campaign delivery teams before.
• Smart, proactive, and able to solve sheet-related problems independently.
