This role would include 80% analytics and 20% data science work along with client account management. This role requires mandatory overlap hours with clients in the US from - 8 am - 12 pm PST.

Requirements
• Have 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or Data Scientist
• Application of statistical concepts like A/B Testing, Hypothesis testing, and statistical tests
• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Mode, and Excel.
• Strong Decision Science skills, and can not only listen but also provide input on business and help leadership make decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences and revenue generation, increase growth, and drive profit.
• Skilled in understanding the business problem and converting it into an analytics problem.
• Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering, finance, or business intelligence is a plus
• Help with other activities to grow Aryng, including blogging, evangelizing the use of data science, mentoring trainees, and hiring.
