Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a nurturing attitude, and a strong commitment to early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in a safe and loving environment
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development and daily progress
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with fellow staff and participate in team activities and training
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in any field; degree in Education or Child Development preferred)
Excellent communication skills (English and local languages)
Passion for working with young children
Prior experience in a daycare or preschool setting is an advantage
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
