JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Sales Operations & Business Development

 Responsible for handling sales operations by smoothly handling new enquiries

 Preparing and sending pro-forma & quotations to dealers

 Processing sales orders and follow-ups for dispatch with factory

 Responsible for follow-ups for payment collection in time from Dealers.

 Prepare sales MIS & payment report monthly basis for review meeting

 Handle all backend communications with new and existing customers in terms of emails / phone

calls and provide after-sales support as required.

 Arrange samples along with covering letters to clients

 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

 Handle all type of customer complaints & ensure resolving same in minimum time line keeping

customer 100% satisfied

 Responsible for achieving sales target and KRA assigned

 Responsible for generating business by converting leads to sales and achieve assigned quarterly

targets

 To manage promotional activities like distribution of latest catalogues, posters, banners,

calendars etc. are regularly distributed to all dealers.

Sales-Field Support:

 Make cold calls and contact prospective dealers, understand their requirements and provide

solutions.

 Supporting field sales team to plan their visit to customers

 Analyse field sales reports and prepare MIS report

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions along with the team

 Help preparing and organizing promotional material for events

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

 Good computer skills (MS Office)

 Eye for detail

 Proficiency in English & verbal/written communication skill

 Ability to multitask.

 Positive attitude & go getter
