Responsibilities
The Carpenter is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry duties as assigned
Carpentry services include, but are not limited to, the design
construction, installation and repair of wooden fixtures and structures such as cabinets, furniture, shelving, doors, plaques, and other custom wood products
Other duties include, but are not limited to, framing and finish work, painting, staining. etc
Monitors subcontractor performance as assigned, conducts jobsite troubleshooting and performs primary project layout and carpentry production
Ability to construct metal framing partition walls, to include drywall finishing and painting to a level 5 finish
Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
Records maintenance skills
Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem
Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
