Job Overview
• The Decompression Station Operator at Positron Energy is a full-time, junior-level position located in Banswara. With a minimum of one year of work experience, the role requires adept management and optimization of decompression operations within the oil and gas
• Monitor and control the pressure and flow of natural gas entering and exiting the decompressor station.
• Operate and adjust equipment such as compressors, pressure regulators, and flow meters.
• Ensure that gas pressure is reduced to appropriate levels for downstream distribution.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on decompression station equipment (e.g., valves, gauges, compressors, pressure regulators).
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed or report more significant issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain and calibrate measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and proper operation.
