About Us
Spawts Studio Inc. is a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience crafting custom ceramic keepsakes in the Lower Mainland. We are a small, team-oriented studio that values artistic excellence, attention to detail, and sustainability.
We work in a collaborative and supportive environment. You can expect a casual dress code, team potlucks, occasional outings, and daily visits from our in-studio dogs, Cannon and Crash.
Position Overview
Please read the full posting carefully before applying. This role has specific qualifications and a long-term commitment. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
We are hiring a permanent part-time Delivery Driver who will represent Spawts to veterinary clinics across the Lower Mainland. This is not a courier or food delivery job- this is a front-line, relationship-based role that requires you to handle nuanced product inquiries, communicate with empathy, and maintain strong relationships with our vendors.
You will be responsible for delivering our one-of-a-kind ceramic keepsakes, representing our brand, and tracking delivery records. You must be reliable, proactive, and skilled in both administration and in-person customer service. Over time, this role could grow to include sales and account support, with additional hours and adjusted compensation for growing vendor relationships and increasing order volume.
Key Responsibilities
Reserve Modo vehicles for each delivery day
Pick up orders from our studio at 230-430 Railway St., Vancouver
Drive one of four alternating routes in the Lower Mainland
Communicate with clinic staff and respond to product inquiries
Deliver keepsakes with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Maintain accurate delivery logs and perform light admin tasks
Perform quality checks to ensure the correct item reaches the right clinic
Deliver in all weather conditions
Identify opportunities to strengthen or grow client relationships
(Optional work expansion) Support sales/account health if skilled and interested
