Delivery Driver Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist the delivery driver in transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong ability to perform heavy lifting. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
• Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading items from the vehicle.
• Ensure that all packages are securely packed and organized for transport.
• Help navigate routes and provide support during deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery status.
• Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

Experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with driving commercial vehicles, including box trucks or vans, is a plus.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Experience with heavy lifting and moving large items safely is essential.
• Knowledge of courier services or logistics operations is beneficial.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
• Plant City, FL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
