Job Description: Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking highly motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers across PAN India. Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes or businesses in a timely manner.
- Follow predetermined routes and maintain a high level of accuracy in delivery addresses.
- Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of PAN India routes and locations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
