Primary role: Achieve the set financial and non-financial goals by leading a team recruiters and executing the recruitment mandates assigned by clients.

Key responsibilities
• Finalise the mandate brief / job description in consultation with the clients
• Strategise and plan the delivery for the said recruitment assignment / project
• Guide the recruiters to source / identify right candidate for the given assignment
• Manage job posting in various job portals and social media platforms to attract right talent
• Assess the validated candidate and evaluate the fitment as per the assessment framework
• Lead the client interface and coordinate for selection process
• Support the team to achieve the delivery targets

Preferred Profile
• Graduate Engineer / MBA - HR with atleast 8+ years of experience in Talent acquisition
• Expertise in recruitment for the manufacturing sector
• Proven track record of managing clients
