Dental Assistant in Central Auckland – Auckland Regional Dental Service: Permanent Fulltime

About the Role

Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) is a community dental service run by Waitemata District Health Board. We provide free dental care to children aged 0-18 years who live in North, West, East, Central and South Auckland. We have many clinics located in schools and in the community and provide care in our diagnostic and treatment vans.

The purpose of the Dental Assistant role is to:

Support and assist dental therapists to provide an efficient customer focused service to clients
Provide administrative support as required
About the Team/Service/ Location

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our service in the C1 team which covers Avondale, Royal Oak, Blockhouse Bay, Mt Roskill and Sandringham areas.

About you

Previous dental assisting experience is not necessary however NZ Restricted or Full driving license is necessary All we ask is that you have a passion for:

Working in health and working with children
Making a difference in your community
Working in a high functioning team with motivated individuals
Learning new skills and challenging yourself
