As the Deposit Sales professional in our US Private Bank Deposit Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
Support the Deposit Sale Managers with regional coverage to deepen penetration of core banking clients, position and price deposits as an asset class and Treasury Services for our institutional clients (family offices, Foundations, Private Equity Firms)
Create quarterly decks for Market Huddles/updates
Develop and understand competitors' deposit products and positioning within the client & market
Collaborate with the DSM on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, understand pricing and run profitability model along with supporting throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans and develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
Submit implementation requests for new services
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business
Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Attention to detail is a key and you should be able to keep the details and be able to work independently
Ability to understand deposit and Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strategic and analytical thinker with an understanding towards execution and results
Influencing skills to understand a variety of stakeholders from different functions
Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function
