Deputy Branch Manager

They should also be well acquainted with banking systems, processes, and protocols.We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and has excellent communication and customer service skills. They should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, and be comfortable with ambiguous situations. They should also be comfortable interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.The successful candidate will be able to develop new banking strategies and procedures, as well as evaluate existing ones. They should be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
