Deputy City Manager(Operations)-Interior Industry

Key Responsibilities
• Manage city operations teams, including Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee timely execution of all projects and scheduled activities to maintain high-quality results.
• Ensure regular reports and updates are submitted on time, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Partner with and refer city vendors for operations requirements, fostering strong relationships and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
• B.Tech or BE degree with a minimum of 6 years of working experience in interiors project management.
• In-depth knowledge of the interior industry, including market trends and best practices.
• Technical expertise, combined with sales acumen and polished communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, accompanied by advanced presentation skills and hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Suite applications (sheets, docs, ppt).
