Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned channel relationship and meeting budgetary objectives on revenue, cost and profitability VRM channel of HDFC Bank. Ensure healthy YOY business growth & secure marketshare leadership in LI business across channels managed. Effective stakeholder expectation management - Internal / HDFC Bank / Customer. Ensuring Quality parameters for the channels mapped in line with Management Objective.
• Overall, responsible for achievement of topline targets of assigned Tele Channel, Undertake Sales Planning, achieving Key metrices and channel engagement. Also, responsible for Key projects for the channel
• Business Delivery
• Achieve / Over achieve the assigned top-line target with the desired market share
• Ensure target achievement of all channel mapped
• Ensuing Effective Lead management for the Channel
• Achieve set benchmarks on key business levers like Activation , ATS . FLS/ SP Productivity
• Continuous interaction with stake holders to facilitate business
Business Development
• Ensuring channel specific training requirement
• Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with channel leadership & Product teams for continuous business development
• Evaluates and monitor the systems / process enablers for business and suggest improvements for operational effeciencies
Channel Partner Management
• Enable smooth MIS & other information flow to channel on agreed key business parameters
• Drive business to ensure optimum potential utilization of the relationship/vertical
• Maintain appropriate channel partner satisfaction on support provided by our team to ensure zero escalations
People Management
• Develop & guide sales team (CSM / FLS ) to avoid channel escalations
• Nurture & train the sales team to sell better quality & higher quantity
• Ensure intra & inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposal processing

Desired Candidate Profile
• knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels. Expertise in PowerPoint & excel

• 3-4 years of experience preferably in relationship management /account management / sales management
