Job Description

Prerequisites for a HR Manager :

● Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from an
institution of repute
● Additional qualifications in Performance/ Payroll management etc. would be a
value add.
● 8 to 12 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years in leading teams.
● Should have hands-on experience in HRMS implementation and running.
● Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations- statutory.
● Effective people management and people engagement / development skills.
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices.
● Good understanding of the complete employee life cycle.
● Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Role :
● Talent Acquisition/Recruitment: Manage the end to end hiring process to
select quality talent and ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with
required skills.
● Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
● Screen candidates resume and job applications.
● Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
● Formulation and implementing recruitment strategies and HR Policies.
● Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and
aptitudes.
● Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
● Designing and managing effective Induction & training programs at different
client’s locations.
● Payroll Management, leave, attendance etc.
● Compliance Management: Should have exposure in dealing with legal and
compliance matters in the labour office and courts.
● Handling all IR issues and resolving Employee Grievances.
● Coordinating with all the HODs for assessing the different training needs.
● Documentation of the entire employment cycle from Joining to Exit
Formalities.
● Compiling and managing HR-MIS data required for different occasions at
different intervals.
● Formulation and implementing recruitment strategies and HR Policies
