MKC Infrastructure Ltd., a leading name in the infrastructure and construction sector, is looking for a Deputy Project Manager – Highway for our prestigious Greenfield EPC project involving rigid PQC pavement construction. If you are driven, technically sound, and capable of leading teams for timely and quality delivery, we want to hear from you.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overall project execution.
• Manage site execution of earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, and PQC rigid pavement as per MoRTH/IRC specifications.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor resources and ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Prepare and review Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and billing documents.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and internal departments for approvals and inspections.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and environmental regulations.
• Address technical and operational issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely completion of milestones.
• ✅ Desired Profile:
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in highway construction, especially in rigid pavement (PQC) under EPC mode.
• Strong understanding of MoRTH, IRC specifications, and EPC contract conditions.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) and MS Office.
• Hands-on experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, QA/QC protocols, and safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
