Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Control and approve labels and artwork in accordance with country-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with licensing and labelling requirements for both domestic and international markets.
Perform activities necessary to fulfil ISO, FSSC, EIC, HALAL, APO/CSD, and BRC system requirements.
Send samples of Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), Raw Materials (RM), and Finished Goods (FG) to external laboratories for analysis and follow-up for reports.
Prepare documents required by the Export, Marketing, APO/CSD departments.
Update information in the Enterprise Business System (EBC), such as barcodes, ingredients, and nutritional information.
Ensure customer requirements (both domestic and international) are fulfilled through checklist assessments and relevant documents.
Assist the QA Manager/AGM QA in audit requirements and preparations.
Respond to legal notifications, customer complaints, and registrations, as required.
Preparation of monthly QA / QC reports.
Visit factories to address system compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Food Technology or M.Tech in Food Technology.
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Regulatory Affairs, Artwork, Labeling, Documentation requirements for food products.
4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Food industry preferred).
