About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Continuous technical development in line with expanding opportunities and capability within the sector, innovation, and ongoing personal professional development.
Design Manager and/or Consultant Representative for active Defence projects, including management of both internal and/or sub-consultant teams.
Maintaining and building upon our existing Defence client network to secure opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying technical requirements, CAPEX values, and phases of the project lifecycle simultaneously.
Capability to undertake feasibility assessments of works to ensure project scope and budget are understood and sufficient prior to project engagement.
Ability to work directly with end clients and project stakeholder groups to navigate and define user requirements.
Experience writing and reviewing scope of works, project reporting, and other technical documentation.
