About The Role
Be the front line of Aliaxis IT support. The primary tasks of this position are to troubleshoot and resolve end user computing device issues and support Aliaxis daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service excellence and a desire to learn quickly
What will you do?
Provide daily Level 2 Technical support to Aliaxis end users, including installing and configuring computing hardware, and providing break/fix support.
Perform basic system administration tasks, such as account and Office 365 administration, and maintain asset records.
Coordinate activities with the Service Desk, including proactive checks of IT equipment and collaborating with third-party service providers.
Execute proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify and prevent potential issues.
Identify and execute service improvement opportunities, create knowledge documents, train Service Desk agents, and assist with IT project rollouts.
About You
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite
Familiarity with SOTI MDM or similar mobile device management tools
Understanding of ITIL
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
High-quality customer service skills and attention to detail
Strong service improvement mindset
