Desktop Support Trainee required for a Multi|national Jewelry Manufacturing|

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Trainee to join our dedicated IT Team

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Administers systems and servers related to LAN and WAN (e.g. security, e-mail system, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, filtering, proxies, backups, etc.) for the purpose of optimizing throughput, securing data, overseeing backup and recovery, and ensuring availability of services to authorized users.
• Experience of maintaining Hosting and domains
• Administering Cloud server.
• Ensured stability and security of the network by regularly
• Monitoring systems, troubleshooting potential problems and cascading software issues to vendors for immediate resolution.
• Installed and configured all VPN solutions for wireless devices, laptops, desktops, and networked printers.
• Installed, maintained, supported, and updated all Microsoft Windows /Linux

Requirements

Qualification:
• Computer hardware and networking certified
• MCSE Certified
• RHCA / AZURE /AWS Certified
• 3-5 years of proven experience in infra-related query\issues and technical knowledge of a companys products and services (Should be knowledge in DNS\DHCP\Domain Server etc.)
• Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS

Requirements
