We are now seeking skilled and motivated software and applications programmers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and maintenance of our website, databases, and system security. You will work across multiple platforms, applying your skills to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions tailored to our business specific needs.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing software systems and applications.
· Create and maintain custom software solutions tailored to the company’s needs, utilizing various programming languages like Python, Java, and C++.
· Develop and integrate software solutions to support internal operations, data management, and workflow automation, improving overall business efficiency.
· Develop and maintain web-based platforms, including designing, coding and updating the company’s website to enhance functionality, user experience, and customer engagement.
· Develop and enforce security protocols for the business systems and applications to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
· Conduct thorough testing of new and existing software applications, identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues to maintain optimal functionality.
· Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all software systems, including code explanations, user manuals, and security protocols, to facilitate future maintenance.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, continuously improving technical skills and sharing knowledge.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, data science, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, particularly in the automotive industry or a related field.
Flexible and thrive working across different languages and technologies.
Strong focus, maturity, and intensity to manage priorities and projects effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
