DevOps Lead – Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a DevOps Lead to manage our cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and improve system reliability. You will work with developers and IT teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the DevOps team.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Monitor system performance and improve reliability.
Implement security best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on experience with containers & Kubernetes.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (AWS, CKA, etc.).
Experience with GitOps and security best practices.
