About Future Group

Future Group is not your traditional financial services company – we're a collective of superannuation funds and services committed to changing our planet now for a better tomorrow. When you join us, you’ll become part of a team united by a clear and important mission: to lead the investment movement by advocating and campaigning for a future worth retiring into.

We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scale-up in a Digital Advisor position for a 12 month ftc, ideally starting early March 2025.

The Digital Advisor role exists to empower our members to take action in their superannuation; coaching them to achieve their best possible retirement by using the tools and features available to them via our smartMonday (sM), Guild Super (GS) and Childcare Super (CS) brands. And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic work mates!

Future Group strongly encourages applications from people with diverse lived experience and identities, as the problems we face are complex, and the more diverse our team is, the better our solutions become. We strongly encourage applications from people with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, who have caring responsibilities, from culturally and racially marginalised groups, people with disability, people who experience ageism, LGBTQIA+ people, and people who experience social exclusion because of their social class. We are a team that is all about building a strong workplace culture, that's not only diverse, but competent. We are always learning and doing better together, and holding ourselves to account on our values.

If you require any adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please let us know. We want to ensure our recruitment process is equitable for all, and we’ll happily make any reasonable adjustments where required.

About The Digital Advisor role
Supporting our members with a variety of requests via phone, email and live chat channels - whether that's providing factual information and General Advice on the topics of investments, insurance, contributions, retirement adequacy and pension / TTR, providing a pathway to Personal IntraFund Advice, or assisting with website, login and administrative enquiries
Showing empathy and support in resolving dissatisfactions and lodging complaints to our Operations team
Supporting non-members with factual information about products, processes and details
Collaborating with other Future Group teams to resolve specific member enquiries and foster positive influence on member experience, engagement and efficacy
Building brand value by sharing the businesses language and ethos.
