Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage our company's social media pages, create basic content, handle customer enquiries, coordinate meetings, maintain MIS and reports, and oversee reception, admin, and HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Digital marketinging & Content Creation

Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Create engaging content using Canva, ChatGPT, and other digital tools.

Lead Gen and Customer acquisition

Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports.

2. ​Customer Enquiries & Meeting Coordination

Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about our services.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.

Maintain and update the customer database.

3. Management Systems (MIS) & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate MIS and regular reports on various aspects of the business.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry and management of information systems.

3.Reception, Admin & HR Duties

Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.

Oversee general administrative tasks such as office supplies management and mail distribution.

Assist with HR-related tasks including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes.

A. ​Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Canva, ChatGPT, and other digital content creation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in digital marketing and administrative roles is preferred.
