HOW YOU’LL HELP THE FLOCK?!

With a creative mindset and proficiency in digital content creation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence. This role demands a versatile content creator who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical proficiency to produce high-quality and engaging visual materials. You will own all touchpoints of the entire content creation process, from concept to execution and have an understanding of performance marketing, interest in digital trends and keen to leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance content production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our brands, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms
Architect visual storyboards to support activations and campaign vision
Create high-quality, engaging content for organic social, performance ads and other digital platforms
Utilise performance marketing techniques to optimise content distribution and reach target audiences effectively
Present final layouts, storyboards, and content to the team, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments
Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance engagement and ROI
Utilise AI tools to enhance and streamline content creation processes
Ensure all content aligns with marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience preferences
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices
READY TO GET YOUR BEAK WET?!

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of how Meta works
Experience in static and video content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and other content creation tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and a willingness to embrace new technologies.Passion for digital content creation and a drive to learn and grow within a supportive team
