This unique role provides a fantastic opportunity to create user-centred content solutions and work with a diverse range of products and platforms. You'll produce informative and easy-to-understand content - from creating product webpages and writing micro-copy to championing readability and optimising organic web traffic. This role provides a unique opportunity to work within a large team of hard-working creative and technical individuals, while constantly learning and developing.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Regularly reviewing and updating website content to drive increased conversions and improve the user experience.
Managing website content using CMS systems to fulfill business requests.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to create digital content solutions that meet both user and business requirements.
Championing and owning SEO, content accessibility and information architecture.
Generating innovative ideas that will drive engagement and achievement of digital goals for our applications.
Collaborating with the broader digital team (e.g. product owners, UX team and developers) to engage in data-based decision making and enhance content to better meet business objectives.
Using analytics and testing tools (including Google Analytics and Search Console) to guide web optimisation efforts and measure results.
