Principal Responsibilities :

Responsible for enhancing brand awareness and brand recognition while driving traffic with the goal of acquiring new customers.
Responsible for growth strategies through digital marketing to target, acquire and retain customers.
Responsible for all digital assets & websites owned by marketing for HSBC Mutual Fund
Maximize campaign ROI and generate revenue via digital mediums "Coordination with creative agencies and other agencies on collaterals
Work on all digital projects for developing and driving an integrated strategic marketing plan that supports business objectives around growth and retention
Working closely with country teams to support them with implementation.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversions and online performance.
Utilize marketing automation tools and collaborate with design teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative strategies.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations.
Manage the budgets for the team in an effective manner.
Ensure that the HSBC brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way digitally, using the agreed campaign assets and supporting materials produced.
Developing clear business and Digital marketing briefs to drive the smooth and efficient delivery of agreed activity, monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports.
Management and execution of campaigns and activities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy and plan.
You need to be passionate about problem solving in a creative way without losing focus on the business objective.
You need to be comfortable with working in a ‘test and learn’ environment, where perfection is not the ambition, but adding incremental sustainable value in a short period of time is the key consideration.
It is important that you have a curiosity about why people behave in a certain way and how does that translate to a business opportunity.
You will need strong project management skills to ensure pace in delivery.
The role will need high level knowledge in Digital & Social media marketing.

Requirements
Degree level of qualification in business studies and marketing – Digital Marketing preferred.
7+ years broad based experience, preferably mutual funds & ideally within a Financial Services based institution only.
Brand and Digital Marketing execution experience & proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Proven analytical and project management skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to handle volume and complex digital projects
Proven experience of developing and delivering customer communications in a regulatory environment.Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, story-telling and problem-solving skills, enabling the individual to build internal and external relationships, and collaborate with others to identify potential solutions and to think objectively
Experience of working with and managing agencies, driving for greater value and application of resource.
Good understanding of competitor developments and emerging consumer and industry trends.
Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities.
Experience of understanding Wholesale client audiences, and delivering marketing plans, initiatives, materials and activities to meet the needs of those clients – including digital delivery.
Technical knowledge of asset management products is an advantage.
