We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Executive to take our digital channels to the next level. This role requires someone ambitious who has a natural eye for fun and engaging digital content and can bring this to life for ECOYA.



The Digital Executive will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across online and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools, social media trends, content creation and data analysis. The goal is to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective digital strategies that drive optimum sales.



The key accountabilities of this role include:

Brand Strategy
Digital Marketing Campaigns
ECOYA.com management
Email & SMS Marketing
Social media advertising
Organic social media
Affiliate Marketing
Analytics and Insights
Assist with managing online customer issues where required by Customer Service team.
Ad-hoc Projects
Working within the B Corp framework


The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Energy and passion for the ECOYA brand;
2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
Understanding of, and experience working with Shopify Plus
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta & TikTok Ads Manager and EMS/Yotpo.
Experience with paid digital advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads).
Strong copywriting skills
Creative mindset with keen eye for aesthetics, with a passion for developing and creating engaging, high-quality social media content
Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut) is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new digital marketing trends and tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
