Responsibilities
The Digital Health Solutions (DHS) Sales Manager leads the Commercial TEAM to deliver on our DHS Portfolio Goals
This role must execute a clear strategy to grow market share, ensure client centricity, TEAM development and exceed plan commitments
Expected to collaborate with cross functional roles to align and drive DHS success
Manage assigned Digital Health Solutions P&L ensure business functions drive operational efficiencies, and improve Gross Margin & Division Margin to meet the financial profile
Identify customer needs and support team to demonstrate the value, leveraging Digital Health Solutions products and services
Develop and execute an annual strategic plan to meet sales and margin commitment
Lead regional organization of 4 direct reports plus dotted line support; ensure team is equipped with the appropriate training and resources for success
Create demand by identifying new products and solutions that are customer-centric with the potential to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other functions to evaluate the value and feasibility of introducing new or customized products and services
Engage regularly with cross-functional team to ensure effective relationship between districts and alignment on priorities for dotted line support
Join team members for field travel on a regular basis to assess business opportunities, build customer relationships, and provide coaching to all employees
Develop a high-performance team, by acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent; drive a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and accountability
Travel up to 65%
Create and sustain a healthy growing business for the DHS Portfolio

What You’ll Work On

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing /defending existing business.
Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years in a sales roles focused on long-term capital investments in the healthcare sector
• Master’s degree
• Sales experience in the Diagnostic industry.
• Sales experience in digital healthcare solutions.
• Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. Free coverage applies in the next calendar year.
