You’ll take the lead on managing high-performing Meta and Google ad campaigns for a diverse client base — from fast-scaling service providers to product-focused eCommerce brands. You must know how to generate leads that convert, craft ads that hook, and build campaigns that scale profitably. This is a role for a true strategist and hands-on executor.
What You’ll Do
Plan, build, and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns that drive leads and/or generate high ROAS
Work closely with project managers and clients to understand goals and translate them into actionable ad strategies
Develop ad creative direction and provide input on copywriting, visuals, and offers
Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns based on performance data
Track conversions, manage attribution, and make data-backed recommendations
Perform competitive research and audience targeting to fuel campaign success
Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficiency and scale
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns
Proven track record of 1000%+ ROAS on eCommerce campaigns
Deep understanding of lead generation for service-based companies
Advanced knowledge of pixel tracking, tag management, and conversion attribution
Experience with funnels, landing pages, and CRO strategies
Strong ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively
Familiarity with ad creative strategy and working with designers or creative teams
Bonus Points For
Experience with Klaviyo, HighLevel, or other automation tools
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience scaling ad spend to $10k+/month while maintaining performance
Compensation
Hourly or project-based rate depending on experience and scope. Must be capable of managing client accounts with a mindset for growth and long-term ROI.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Monday to Friday
