Overview:
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for managing 10-12 clients, ensuring their digital marketing strategies are effectively implemented across social media, email marketing, website management, paid advertising, and content creation. You will work closely with clients, designers, and photographers to execute successful campaigns that align with brand identity and business goals.

Social Media Management
• Plan and execute 2-3 social media posts per week for each client across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Conduct weekly client briefings to gather content and updates, ensuring seamless collaboration despite geographical differences.
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts.
• Utilise Metricool to schedule posts, stories, and reels, manage bio links, and generate monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with the design team to brief in asset creation.
• Develop monthly content calendars to drive meaningful marketing activities.
• Conduct monthly catch-ups with clients to plan the upcoming month’s strategy.
• Create and edit reels using CapCut when necessary.
• Use Canva to create visually appealing content for all platforms.
• Produce in-depth monthly reports covering key performance insights and recommendations.

Email Marketing
• Develop weekly email campaigns aligned with each client's social media strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email assets.
• Write compelling copy with clear and effective CTAs.
• Utilise email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Airship, Revinate, Hotel Cloud, Campaign Manager, and Atreemo.
• Integrate email campaign strategies into the monthly content calendar.

Website Management
• Maintain and update client websites on WordPress and Shopify, including products, events, and packages.
• Create campaign-specific landing pages, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Optimise website content to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.

Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met efficiently.
• Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements and brief the design team on necessary assets.
• Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins with clients to track progress and align on upcoming activities.
• Maintain detailed marketing plans and documentation for each client.

Paid Advertising
• Manage Meta Business Suite to create and oversee paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including post boosting and ad creation.
• Work closely with clients to define target audiences and manage advertising budgets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is desirable, as we aim to expand our performance marketing efforts in this area.

Content Creation
• Occasionally travel to client locations for content creation.
• Collaborate with in-house photographers to create detailed capture lists before visits.
• Oversee videography for reels and TikToks, ensuring high-quality content production.
• Direct photographers to ensure content is versatile for all digital platforms.
• Integrate captured content into content calendars effectively.
• Write and produce SEO-optimised blogs, focusing on backlinking and organic search visibility.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools (Metricool, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Airship, Revinate, etc.).
• Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify for website updates and content management.
• Ability to create and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with content creation, including video editing (CapCut) and directing photoshoots.
• Experience using Canva to design engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
• Strong written communication skills for social posts, emails, and blogs.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £22,880.00-£25,630.00 per year
