Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:
• Strategy and execution of the brand and performance campaigns on FB, Instagram, Google

Ads etc.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build brand/category specific intelligence
• Measure the right KPIs either directly or indirectly for on/off platform paid/organic activities
• Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the

company's performance KPI, with an emphasis on CAC.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI,

LTV, and other channel metrics.
• Identify the levers of growth and optimize paid media plans to maximize sales output
• Deliver on month on month growth numbers in line with the plans
• Maintain reports of the relevant metrics and share them with the right stakeholders at the

right cadence
• Obsession around customer behaviour, customer segmentation and targeting to ensure

sharp targeting of customers with relevant communication.
• Analyse large data sets and identify trends and insights

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in running performance and social campaigns.
• Hands on experience with Facebook & Google Ads manager. Preferred if in additional

exposure in running large scale display & native ads.
• High on energy and problem-solving attitude
• A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and data driven marketing.
• Strong analytical ability and are an advanced Excel nerd.
• Ability to analyse performance data for optimizations.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
• Can write direct ad copy that is built to convert.
