Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary: We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager with specialisation in SEO/SEM. You will lead our digital marketing efforts, optimizing online visibility, and driving organic traffic. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Perform keyword research and analysis for organic traffic growth.
• Utilize tools like Google Keyword Planner, or any relevant tool
• Analyze keyword competition and search intent to craft effective SEO strategies.
• Create keyword maps and allocate keywords to specific content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements for site performance.
• Use tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or Lighthouse to identify technical issues.
• Optimize site architecture, URL structure, navigation, sitemaps, and schema markup.
• Enhance on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and images.
• Develop and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor and track SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM rush.
• Set up goals and conversions in Google Analytics for performance measurement.
• Utilize SEM rush to track keyword rankings across search engines and devices.
• Create and manage SEO dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Co-ordinate with other marketing channel teams like, YouTube, LinkedIn, provide guidance and lead the processes.

Job requirements:

· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, techniques, and tools

· Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Mailchimp or Constant Contact , Hootsuite or Buffer , Google Ads , Facebook Ads , Twitter Ads , etc.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Attention to detail and quality

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
