Strategy & Trend Analysis
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep strategies relevant and competitive.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Campaign Management & Execution
• Plan, manage, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including:
• Email marketing (open rate, CTR benchmarks)
• Social media marketing (engagement rate, follower growth)
• Search engine marketing (SEM) & display advertising (CPC, ROI)
• Continuously test, optimize, and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
SEO & Website Optimization
• Conduct keyword research to determine high-ranking opportunities.
• Optimize website content to improve visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Perform regular website audits and analyze content structure for SEO improvement.
• Manage backlinking strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
Content Development & Creative Strategy
• Develop original marketing content for paid and organic advertisements.
• Design essential marketing creatives for social media and other platforms.
• Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to boost engagement.
• Utilize Content Management System (CMS) tools for promotions.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Design and execute ORM strategies for positive, negative, and neutral sentiment management across all digital channels.
• Engage in proactive monitoring and response management to maintain brand reputation.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
• Employ online marketing analytics tools to gather data from web and social media platforms.
• Monitor, assess, and report on key digital marketing metrics such as:
• Website traffic (visits, bounce rate, session duration)
• Campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates)
• Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
• Realign marketing strategies based on data insights and business needs.
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, advertising, or business management.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
• Must have-Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines.
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
Work Timings:
+:30am to 6pm-Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
