Job Description
We are looking for aDigital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our team. This personwill plan, execute and manage our digital advertising campaigns across channels,manage our organic social media presence, and assist with coordinating contentdevelopment for organic and paid channels. The successful candidate in thisrole will be a data-driven expert in B2B demand and lead generation with atrack record of creating marketing qualified leads for companies in our space.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Evolveour cross channel advertising & promotion strategy for all stages of thebuyer lifecycle from awareness to purchase with the primary objective of leadgeneration
• Managethe digital advertising budget, cost per lead and other financial KPIs
• Design,implement & manage advertising campaigns across platforms, including GoogleAds, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, industry-specific directories and other nichepublications
• Implementsales-integrated account-based marketing campaigns, custom audiences, customsegmentation, and look-a-like audiences
• Managethe day-to-day posting of content on social media, our blog and other channelsand audience engagement
• Manageand deliver an agreed upon number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) perquarter
• Workclosely with the sales team to identify target accounts and flesh out requiredtargeting information
• Workwith our graphic designer, agencies and other stakeholders to develop content andresources needed to execute our strategy
• Reporton campaign & content performance
• Occasionally assist with CRM data cleaning, list enrichment and otherprojects to assist our inside and outside sales team

Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Digital Marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising
• Formal education from a higher-education organization, or training in sales, marketing or business is considered an asset
• A proven track record of being able to deliver marketing qualified leads through digital advertising initiatives
• You are a data-driven person and use all available signals to make decisions
• Demonstrable knowledge of current social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
• Demonstrable knowledge of online advertising platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
• Understanding of A/B Testing and Multivariant Testing with Google Optimize or other platforms is considered an asset
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative and work with minimal supervision to drive results
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, HubSpot Workflows & Automation, and HubSpot Advertising is considered an asset
• Proficiency in American/Canadian English is required
• Flexible work time may be required to meet with our global team members
Qualifications & Certifications
The following certifications are considered an asset
• Google Ads Search and/or Google Ads Display
• Google Analytics
• Facebook Blueprint
• HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software
Or equivalent certification from other programs on similar subject matter
Preferred work location is Canada, or India. TechBlocks has offices in Vaughan (Canada), Pune (India) and Ahmedabad (India). Candidates from other regions are encouraged to apply if you have the required skills and experience.
