Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for Plan, executing, reviewing, revising, measuring and reporting performance of
digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals & KPIs exclusively on
Google Adwords.
• Take complete ownership of digital promotion budgets on these platforms based on key
insights and trends of past campaigns and ensure it achieves desired goals.
• Ensure day-to-day implementation of Paid & Organic search tactics that include keyword
development, budget allocation, campaign optimization, planning, and execution of
digital media campaigns based on the business objective.
• Create Ad Campaigns, Monitor, Review, Improve & Send Reports to find new
opportunities to drive traffic & lead generation programs to measure ROI. Conduct
keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract
key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with
formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best
practices to build successful strategies, and develop the team’s mindset to make data-based
decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Education: Marketing background candidate with expertise in Digital Marketing, a
dedicated course/diploma in Digital Marketing will be added Advantage.
• A strategic and creative thinker with proven experience in working on diverse and wide-ranging communication strategies including all forms of media.
• Proven working 3+ years of experience with Google Adwords.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email,
social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to prove usability.
