Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience of 1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing across facebook, instagram, Google; preferably for tier 2-4 audience.
• Someone who can manage complexity and is good at problem solving with a first principle approach.
• Created high business impact and worked in high growth b2c start-ups in growth marketing, preferably in user growth functions.
• Highly data driven and analytically very strong. This is a must have.
• Have excellent understanding of channels like Google, Facebook and Tier 2-4 Social Media Platforms for performance marketing
• Understanding of performance marketing KPIs and analytics
• Displays strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with great project management expertise.
