Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with specific expertise in Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google Ads platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in using ad management platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Meta Blueprint and Google Ads.

- Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO, email marketing, or display advertising.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
