Responsibilities
Maintains and develops web analytics and campaign tracking infrastructures to allow for testing, tuning, and tracking digital and traditional marketing programs and websites
Creates reports with existing components and performs intermediate analysis work to improve programs, websites, and digital communications
Manages small projects
Assists with email and SMS programs when necessary
Builds reports with existing components, creates campaign codes, institutes intermediate tagging, and other means of tracking campaign and site performance
Gathers reporting requirements and converts them to reports, tag specifications, user stories, etc
Helps establish site and campaign metrics and KPIs to track, measure, and communicate results
Alerts site owners, marketing managers, and others of developing problems or changes in KPIs
Coordinates with IT teams and stakeholders on projects of intermediate complexity to ensure projects are completed on time
Manages and tests ad out-of-the-box pixels, as well as custom pixel templates, load rules, etc., of intermediate complexity, using Tealium tag management platform and other tools
Monitors platform licensing and governance; assists in determining future license requirements
Educates team members and partners on the use of web analytics, goals, strategies, and success measurements

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Corporate Media, Interactive Media or similar, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in web analytics, tagging, tag management, and analysis work.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Oracle Infinity, Adobe Analytics) and campaign pixel tracking technologies. Oracle Infinity preferred.
• Experience with web, mobile and other interactive marketing campaigns.
• 0-1 years relevant experience with tag management platforms (Tealium, GTM, or similar).
• 0-1 years relevant experience with ad pixel technologies and platforms.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
• Knowledge of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and data management.
• Intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools, site tagging, tag management, tagging strategy, tag consulting, and report building.
• Knowledge of analytics requirements gathering, spec writing, requirements gathering, report and KPI consulting, and system maintenance.
