**Job Title: Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer**
• *Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective digital assets while also contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. This role combines creative design skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all digital marketing channels to enhance brand recognition and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
- **Digital Asset Creation**:

- Produce high-quality images, videos, and other multimedia content for use in digital marketing initiatives.
- Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms and devices to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital assets.
- **Website Design and Optimization**:

- Assist in the design, layout, and optimization of website elements to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Create custom graphics, icons, and visuals for web pages, landing pages, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement design enhancements and ensure seamless integration of visual elements.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Design and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static images, GIFs, videos, and interactive stories.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:

- Track and analyze the performance of digital assets and campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize design elements and content for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing and user feedback analysis to refine design strategies and enhance user engagement.
• *Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams.

- Experience with web design tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
